What is the timing and schedule for MasterClasses?
All MasterClasses are held on weekdays from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Strategy classes are every Monday, Calculation classes every Wednesday, and Endgame classes every Thursday.
Can I enroll in multiple study groups?
Absolutely! We encourage you to enroll in at least two study groups based on your needs. We ensure there are no schedule conflicts between groups.
Is participation in assignments and tournaments mandatory?
While not mandatory, we strongly encourage active participation to get the most value from the program. Our coaches have carefully curated assignments and custom tournaments for your benefit. We maintain a live activity leaderboard with special perks for top performers.
Will I have access to the exclusive community after my subscription ends?
Your access to the exclusive community is valid only for the duration of your active subscription.

Who will be my chess buddy for support and calls?
Your chess buddy will be an Experienced Chess Coach who is available to assist you with any chess-related queries throughout the course. The chess buddy is dedicated to enhancing your learning experience and helping you make the most of the Caissa School of Chess program.
When can I access recordings of the MasterClass sessions?
Recordings of MasterClass sessions will be shared with the study group within 24 hours of the session’s completion.
What if I need to drop out before completing the course?
While our dropout rate is less than 0.5%, if you feel the course isn’t right for you, please email your concerns to support@circlechess.com.
Can I reach out to the GMs after session hours for chess-related queries?
GMs will be available to answer queries in the community forum on a weekly basis.
Whom should I contact for technical support during course hours?

What's the difference between the Learners and Champions plans?
