About
Hi, Iām Sethuraman S.P, a Chess Grandmaster from Chennai. I am a former Asian Champion, two-time Indian National Champion, and a proud member of the historic bronze medal-winning Indian team at the 2014 Chess Olympiad. In 2024, I claimed the title of Commonwealth Champion, adding to a career that includes representing India on numerous international stages . My peak FIDE rating was 2672. Beyond competitive play, I am a multi-faceted chess educator, the author of several popular Chessable and Modern Chess courses, and have also written a book for Thinkers Publishing
