Passionate about chess since childhood,GM Lalit is proud to be an International Grandmaster representing India on the global stage. From winning the country’s first-ever Chess Olympiad bronze to securing Commonwealth Gold, Asian Silver, and the National Championship, each milestone has been part of a meaningful journey. Over the past 15 years, He has represented India in nearly 60 major international events, consistently striving to embody skill, sportsmanship, and determination. Calm on the board and curious off it, he remains committed not only to performing at the highest level — but also to inspiring the next generation of Indian chess talent.
